Colours play a major role in each and every one’s life. Colour to life is like a salt to food. It can change a person’s mood. It can determine a person’s attitude. When it comes to design in kid’s space, it is one of the most important elements to consider. Colours not only play an important role in the overall aesthetic of child’s development, it can also impact an individual’s mood, emotional wellbeing, productivity, learning and behavior. For the overall development of a child to conduct colouring competition is a good way. These kinds of competitions enhance the creativity of child.
To ensure the same, a colouring competition was held in GDGIS, Rohtak for the students of nursery to Grade 2nd. Children were given a picture to colour. Children participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativeness.
