While stepping into the role of the Principal, I was clear with the vision that how my school will look like in a couple of years but taking the road to achieve that goal was not at all easy. The day to day challenges, the teaching learning environment, the diverse backgrounds of my team as well as my dear children made the target far more attractive. I personally feel that to give out best to my kids, I need to bring the best out of my team and I have been continuously striving to achieve the same.
